To provide choice of service, we offer two delivery methods from varying courier companies, a 1 man economy service and a 2 man room of choice delivery.
Economy 1 Man Service
- £5 - Toppers, Folding Boxes, Pillows, Bean Bags, Headboards
- £10 - Rolled Mattresses
- £15 - Beds, Bunk Beds
- £20 - Bed and mattress combos
- £25 - Bunk and mattress combo
- £30 - Open Mattresses - Impression Range
This service provides a delivery to your property entrance only. Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 3 working days (5 working days for Scottish highlands) excluding Saturday.
Deliveries cannot be booked in for a select day or time slot. Delivery is made between the times of 8am till 7pm.
Tracking information will be emailed by the economy courier.
How does your dispatch service work?
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. All orders received before 9am will be dispatched the same day unless the listing mentions an extended lead time. Orders are dispatched on weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays and all Public Holidays). Orders placed after 9am on a Friday and during the weekends will be dealt with on the following working day.
On dispatch of your order, you will receive an email from us stating that your order has been dispatched.
Do I need to be present for the delivery?
All orders require a signature and cannot be left without one. They cannot be left in a secure place as a signature is required by all parties.
Couriers are not being helpful towards my delivery, what do I do?

Where can you deliver to?
We use 3rd party couriers so we can deliver to almost every inch of Great Britain including Scottish highlands at no further cost to you.
Customer Notice: Due to courier problems with pricing, we can no longer offer shipments to Ireland Postcodes nor any other off shore locations such as the Isle of Man. We may be able to provide a quote for additional delivery based on the product requested and delivery address so get in touch if you require this service. Apologises for any inconvenience that this may cause.
My order is delayed/late
We do not live in a perfect world and though extremely rare, delays can occur from external forces such as product availability, courier issues, poor road and weather conditions, etc. We cannot be held responsible if such forces interfere with your delivery so please allow extra time for delivery if such occurrences do happen.
On the chance of delays occurring, please notify us as we aim to ensure our customers are happy as they can be. We will do what we can to help you receive your order in a timely manner.
